I couldn't use the book because it did not have the code. I had returned it and have not get my refund yet.
Terrible customer service! They sent the wrong book, even though they knew it was not the same book. They then didnât refund my money. One of the worst consumer experiences I ever had. Still out $80!

Book was in good condition well packaged. Price was verry reasonable. Intructor of my class is using an even older version so I do not need. Edition 6.
Will never order from Valore again. Said they sent my book and they didnât. When I emailed about it they said they tried to refund my money but something with the system messed up. Seens like a scam.
Recieved faster than expected. Would purchase again.
