Book did not arrive quickly. Book in poor condition. However, book is useful so not altogether negative. It does the job.
Easy shipping process and easy to return pne text when it was no longer needed for the course.
I think it shouldn't have taken so long to be shipped out and sent.

Hello. I am only leaving a negative review because I am concerned with returning this textbook because when it arrived at my home it was falling apart.
I am a bit disappointed in this rental, due to the fact that 4 pages are missing out of it. I understand that it is a rental, but I feel that since I paid for a rental, all the pages should be there.
