Said it was shipped (which I don't think it was!); and never received it. It too bad, for as, we are a library & we would like to use Valore.com for many of our orders!

Not your fault, but USPS managed to damage one of the books. The jerks won't reimburse me because it wasn't insured.

Not sure what happened. Money was returned. Shipping label was created but never showed that it left. But they did return all money spent which was appreciated but I still needed the book.
