Well you sent me the wrong book...and Idk what to do now

Very poor communication. I asked for tracking info a few times and they never sent me tracking info. The book arrived after about 25 days after the purchase.

Received item in good condition, and shipping was fast!

Very poor (almost nonexistant) communication from vendor. Very slow shipping. They would not provide a tracking number or answer inquiries from myself or on behalf of valore books.

Absolutely no contact from seller with multiple times. Had to process a refund. I will never order from this seller ever again.

Very disappointed!!!! The shippment took almost double the promised time. Seller never replies. + got the WRONG book at the end. Order was set for the 8th edition, but i recieved the 2nd,,,!!!!!

Book was not damaged and took the full two to three weeks to arrive.

i haven't gotten my book and school has already started and that's because i ordered two weeks before school started. i'm very disappointed. i have three assignments i need to know by Sunday.
