They have the worst customer service ever. the product I received was not the same as what was described in the description box. Please make sure they don't sell books to anyone else.

Title said it came w/ Connect, what I specifically needed, and it didnt. seller blew off return reqst.spent $90 on the soft cover international version and had to spend ANOTHER 80 on the access code.

It took the book way too long to get here. I wasn't home in the middle of the day (I work) and it took them a week to let me know it wouldn't be delievered and then USPS took over a week.

book was in good condition however some pages appeared as if it was a copy page.

I will never buy a book from this company/ seller again
