Never received item

I placed this order with VALOREBOOKS and never heard any thing back...after a few days I checked and it had been canceled. They di not notify me and I do not know why. Is it out of stock or what?

Did not receive my textbook, almost had to drop the course

Terrible experience. Contacted the seller 2 weeks after ordering to see when the item would ship. The seller told me they didn't have my edition. Why wasn't I told this earlier?

I never got the book

I did not receive my order in a timely manner, and I need the book now and was not provided with any shipping status information

purchased new so the condition was excellent. Of the 4 books I ended up ordering total this one took a week longer than the others to ship but arrived within the promised 14 day promise

waited 10 days after ordering just to receive an email that they did not have my book in stock and that I would have to get a different edition or take a refund. Very unprofessional and irritating.
