Tried ordering the ITLS book twice on two seperate occasions and each time it said it was shipped but come to find out 2 days later that the seller had the wrong ID number and my money would be refund
Arrived on time and in good condition.
Delay to ship the text wasnt communicated. I would rather have someone is straight with the delay instead of finding it out after more than 2 weeks after the email I sent.
