Not as advertised: "...major differences are the ISBN, cover picture and cover binding." There is no index or author index as the regular 3e has. Ridiculous! Take back your book. Full refund please

This seller misrepresented the item they are selling. It was not clearly stated on the description that the item has Chinese Characters on the cover. Seller is difficult not willing to accept returns.

Wish I New the book was coming with a cd rom before purchasing, but glad that all of the original content is there between the test and cd. Great quality otherwise

The book came on time and was the right book, not much more you could want.

Seller sent the wrong book and refused to make it right. Instead wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee. Honestly I am extremely disappointed with VallreBooks.

Of all foreign versions of my textbook, I get sent a book where over 50% of the text found in the American version is on a CD. Did you have to send a Taiwanese copy? You cheap thieving bastards.
