How do I upload order tracking?

Marketplace Sellers may upload tracking through their Bookseller Account or through their order confirmation files.

To upload tracking information through your Bookseller Account please:

  1. Log into your Bookseller Account.
  2. Click "Upload Tracking".
  3. Select the appropriate order.
  4. Select the appropriate shipping carrier (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL).
  5. Enter the tracking number.
  6. Select the appropriate order(s) by clicking the check box to the right of the order.
  7. Click the "Upload Tracking" button at the bottom of the page.
