How do I refund a buyer?

Marketplace Sellers have the ability to issue partial refunds and full refunds. To issue a refund please:

  1. Log into your Bookseller Account.
  2. Click "View Sales".
  3. Select the appropriate order.
  4. Click the "Refund" button on the right side of the order.
  5. Select "Refund Reason".
  6. Select "Refund Type".
  7. Enter a message to your buyer.
  8. Your customer will be automatically sent a Refund E-mail.

*After an order has been confirmed, a seller must wait 24 hours for the refund button to appear. Customers should expect their refund to appear on their card 2-5 business days after a seller has submitted a refund.
