Why is my credit card not accepted?

When you enter your credit card information on the Marketplace, we perform a verification of your credit card by sending this information to your credit card company or bank for authorization.

If authorization is not granted, please make sure that you have entered your credit card information exactly how it appears on your statement (name, address, expiration date, credit card number, and security code).

If the credit card information that you have entered matches your credit card statement exactly and you are still not granted authorization, please contact your credit card company. If you have contacted your credit card company and they see no problems with your account, you may contact us for more information.
