Why was my iPhone/iPad rejected for sellback?

All items that are shipped to us for sellback will be subject to an evaluation process. Items may be rejected for sellback if:

  • They violate one or more of our sellback policies
  • They do not meet our sellback standards
  • They do not arrive at our warehouse within 30 days, and we are no longer accepting that item for sellback
  • We do not receive the item in your sellback shipment
  • The model or condition of the iPhone/iPad received at our warehouse does not match the model or condition specified on your packing slip
  • The device is found to be blacklisted

If your iPhone/iPad is rejected for sellback, you will be notified via email and your item will be returned to you.
