Do I need to pay for shipping when I return my rental?

No! Return shipping is free and easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Locate the item you want to return and click the red ‘Return Rental’ button. If you don’t see a red ‘Return Rental’ button, it’s likely that your order was placed within the last 45 days and your return label isn’t ready. If that’s the case, please check back after the first 45 days have elapsed.
  3. Print out your pre-paid shipping label.
  4. Affix the label to the outside of the package, and place the packing slip inside the package with your rental. (Feel free to re-use the same box your rental arrived in!)
  5. Follow the instructions on your label and drop your package off at the appropriate shipping carrier. Remember, shipping is FREE!
