Why was one of my items rejected for sellback?

All items that are shipped to us for sellback will be subject to an evaluation process. Items may be rejected for sellback if:

  • They violate one or more of our sellback polices.
  • They do not meet our sellback standards.
  • They do not arrive at our warehouse within 30 days, and we are no longer accepting that item for sellback.
  • The item was not included in your sellback shipment.
  • The ISBN or UPC number received at our warehouse does not match the ISBN or UPC number on your packing slip.
