Had a hard to find book, very expensive, delivered new product was beat up through shipping, better packaging would have prevented this

I have not received the book at Robert Mann, 98-1038 Moanalua Rd, Aiea, HI 96701 and it has been more than a month.
you cancelled my order after i paid. was pretty dissapointed
The buyer sold me this book only to find they did not have it in stock. I was issued a prompt refund but no other compensation or help. I find this unacceptable.
Timely and correct, Not like some other vendors out there. You know who you are.
Ordered the book 24 days and still haven't received it, seller sent email saying that he had shipped the book, when contacted he claimed that the book was coming from UK and I will received it any day
