The book arrived even faster than promised and in excellent condition.
Terrible. Never received the right book. I returned the book on May 1 and 60 days later have not received a credit. No one at company can return call. I believe HarvardBooksellers is a scam.

I never got my back the seller claims someone signed for the book so theres is nothing they can do. Do not order books from this seller. If the order goes sour their customer service horrible.
I have not received this book yet and indeed and wondering where IS my order...My account was charged, I received a notice of mailing in a timely manner but have not received the book. Poor service.
