There isn't much that could make this book better, I really enjoyed how easily it read but I would say the one downfall would probably be that it was a loose leaf book and flipping through the pages or holding open to reference information became a little more difficult.

Again there isn't much I would do to change this book but I guess if I could change one thing it would be to better define key words throughout the chapters.

It was a very wordy book that you need the professor to explain during lecture.

The Take Home Messages were the most helpful because it summarized the unit very well making everything I had just learned a little more simpler. The questions on the back of the chapter helped out a lot as well since my Professor used them from time to time guaranteeing some easy points on my tests.

I found learning about bacteria and how they spread to be useful in preventing their spread.

Learning about genetic traits and how they are passed on to offspring was interesting to me because when I have kids I will be able to predict what genetic traits they might have.
