I learned how to speak in front of large groups. This taught me how to connect to my audience.

This was a public speaking class. We wrote different speeches on different subjects from this book.

More plain language and more modern examples to understand subject content.

The online content was helpful, and so was chapter quiz questions.

The price, it is very expensive compared to other books I brought for my other classes.

The colors makes it very fun to read, so I won't get bored, unlike most other books that are just plain black and white.

I would not change anything about this book. I found it very helpful in completing assignments and learning how to give a proper speech.

I learned about the different types of public speaking, and ways to avoid anxiety while giving a speech. I found this book very helpful.

This book was easy to read, understand, and apply.

This book gives a very great description of what it was like around the time philosophy first came to light. The art of making you question everything you do and believe in.

If a pocketsize flipchart came with it. This would allow for identification of crystals, casts, trichomonas and other formed elements at the bench.

I appreciated the clear pictures and more focused information. The explanations were well organized and therefore easier to comprehend. This book was written with the student in mind; speaking on a level necessary for teaching even a beginner. Well organized, illustrated and written.

To be honest I opened the book once. My professor told us that we needed to purchase the book but she put all of the notes online and we did not use the book at all in class. The only time I used it was right before the final to review the different fallacies in public speaking.

The glossary was because it helped me understand words without actually having to find them in the book.

This book basically teaches you on its own basically.

I don't think there was any part of this book that wasn't needed or unhelpful.

The first two chapter was the least helpful to me, they mainly talked about have important it is to communication with others.

This book has good information, is organized, and easy to understand. There is nothing I would change about it.

I learned a lot of different things from this book. The main concept was to be confident while public speaking.

Personally i believe making the size of the print in the book larger would be great

I loved the summary at the end of each chapter. It always helped me when i was reviewing or studying for a weekly quiz or homework assignment .
