My husband used this book so I am unfamiliar with it.read more
I cannot answer this question as I did not read the book. We had it taking up space in our home and were able to find a bookstore that would buy it back. It's a win win all around. It's now out of my way and will be in the hands of a student who can use it.
Nothing really. It was a good read to have for class.read more
It's a little better because it's small and compact for easy reading.

Hardly ever referenced in the class I was taking. From the sections we did cover, it was very dry and mostly just given examples of what your work should coincide with.

It was interesting how they broke down the health system
Very good book for an English class. The different types of communication were discussed, and very good examples were given. There was definitions, pictures and explanations, which made it easy to understand for any type of learner.read more
The book is very long, and some sections seem to be drawn out Some of this has to do with the content of the book, and the big topic it covers though.
