The town’s waters become contaminated by the nearby landfill, producing chemical-addled psychopaths. Bigfoots and cultists lurk in the forestlands, UFOs cruise above and ghosts walk the streets. Agents of an unofficial” branch of government come in and eventually blockade and quarantine the town.
