I used this Patho book so much for at least 5 classes. I'm in Nursing school and I think knowing the patho of any disease definitely helps you care for your patients better. It has great study guides at the end of each chapter and the questions really help you grasp what you need to focus on.read more
Pathophysiology was the required class. I also used it in my Nursing Fundamentals, Med-Surg, and Pediatric/Maternal classes as an extra resource.

It covers a large area of what you need to know as a nurse. I can't touch on every area. But if you are in school to be an RN this book is a must
A more expanded glossary would have been helpful, the glossary didn't have half of the information I was looking for readily available and not everything is in bold text on the page which required extra time to be spent scanning unnecessary information at times.read more
This book was easy to follow and covered a wide variety of subjects that were required for my program.
