A pretty basic review of Hawthorne's tale. A good text for anyone wanting criticisms of Hawthorne's works, there are even some from Edgar Allen Poe! I really learned a lot about how other authors saw Hawthorne's works, and it helped my understanding of his work. An essential for those interested in American literature.

This was an asset in poetry analysis class. Alexie is a poet who really battles with modern issues surrounding native americans. As opposed to other poetry collections where the poetry is hard to digest, Alexie's work is easier to understand and battles real social issues.
