Publisher:  Emerald Group Publishing Limited
Summary: Managerial economics is the application of economic theory and quantitative methods (mathematics and statistics) to the managerial decision-making process. Unlike customary treatments, which emphasize per-period profit maximization, this chapter explores long-term, strategic management decisions involving streams of expenditures and revenues. * The accentuation of risk, uncertainty, and the economics of information throughout. * An Instructor's Manual * A Study Guide Author Biography Thomas J.
