Biology 101 and 102. Lots of material to cover. Focused on what you should have learned sections and diagrams. Highlighting was definitely necessary.

Bio 101 & 102, lots of reading, but diagrams helped. Labs correspond with chapters. Reviewed readings alot especially before exams.

I think if the book wasn't so heavy and maybe had more pictures/diagrams.

This book hasn't been as good as some of my other biology books.

In the international version , which i ordered, i think the index was off because there was many pages that i looked up that were on the wrong pages listed in the index.

I learned a lot from this book everything from evolution to the anatomy of DNA structures and how they replicate.

I learned a lot about animals nature and the world we live in today.

The book went into much more detail than the professor did so that helped me understand the material being taught better.

The only thing that would make this book better is to have a study guide and a vocabulary list to help you memorize some words better to understand the human body and life itself.

The most interesting thing i learned about this book is about DNA the Deoxyribonucleic acid, a self-replicating material present in nearly all living organisms as the main constituent of chromosomes. That all human kind and everything is created by DNA from your ancestor and the chain spread from generation to generations.
