It helped me to understand the instructors lectures.
Glossary and index are great in this book for quick reference. The book was easy to follow and didn't drag on like a lot of other communication books tend to do. Information was presented in a way that was easily memorable.read more
Information presented in a very organized way. Glossary and index helped to jump quickly to a subject for review.

The primary use of this book was for Interpersonal Communications. This book covered everything that I needed for this class.
it is easy to understand and the book provides me plenty examples. For each chapter I just read them before class and everything becomes easy!read more
probably the review part of each chapter was least helpful since we rarely use them or discuss them.
There was a lot of repetition throughout the book. This may be a good thing for some people, but for me, it was something that was all in the class lecture.read more
Something that did help me learn from this book were the many examples for each chapter and subsection.
