My name is Barbara Hart. I am a fifty-two-year-old woman residing in Sanford, North Carolina. I have worked at Magneti Marelli in Sanford for almost ten years. I have written poems for many years but I finally decided to put it to use. I have written poems for people at work that were going through things such as love, friendship or if they were leaving the plant. I have written poems for a few select churches and allowed them to use them on their programs. The main idea of my poems is that they will help you, whether you are young or old, black or white. With my poems, you will have something to help you to hold and not fold. They consist of spiritual poetry, love, the loss of a loved one, and lastly friendship. I guarantee you that if you try my book, you won’t be disappointed. May the Lord God bless and keep you, forever and a day. My poems are a way of expressing not only my feelings but someone else’s also. These are not just random words; they are straight from the heart and very true. Hopefully when you read them, they will bless and touch you deep down in your soul.
