Angie Daniels was born on the South side of Chicago, IL but preferred spending her summers running up and down the streets on the West side with her eight cousins, playing softball, roller skating (with only one skate) and jumping double dutch. At night, she would spend hours creating soap operas with her younger sister until the two drifted off to sleep. Angie attended Maria Montessori. During the fifth grade she started the first school newspaper and later went on to write, direct and star in a Christmas play. It was at that time she began spending her summers filling yellow notepads with love stories. During high school she decided to pursue a career in acting and landed the starring role as "Puck" in a "Midsummer Nights Dream." During her sophomore year, her mother relocated to Columbia, Missouri, a small college town, where she landed a role in the musical "The Roar of the Greasepaint, The Smell of the Crowd." Her pursuit of acting was short-lived. Shortly after graduation, she married and started a family. She later attended Columbia College where she received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and went on to pursue a professional career in Human Resource Management. In 1999, the corporation where she was employed as Personnel Manager went out of business. It was at that time Angela decided it was finally time to return to her love of writing. With her husband's blessings, she took a year off to write her first book Intimate Intentions, which started off as a simple romance novel that later escalated into 542 pages of romantic suspense. After two submissions, Angela was offered a four-book contract with Genesis Press. She currently resides in Wilimington, Delaware with her husband and three children.
