With all that has been going on with the kidnappings and the latest Amber Alerts this country has had, I figured our children needed a fun and educational way to learn how to try to keep them safe from strangers. Our children have become more and more trustworthy of adults whom they don't know-"strangers." That is why I came up with my books: a fun, yet educational way to help the children of today learn that just because a person may look and talk like a nice person, it doesn't always mean that they are nice at all. It isn't one of our easiest jobs as parents, but it's one we must take very seriously.
