She is also the author of three 11 discipleship manuals for teens, one of which was coauthored by one of her sons. As a writer, N. J. is known for having characters readers quickly learn to care about; intricate, dynamic plots; the ability to have the reader laughing one minute and shedding tears the next; and her reflection of the multicultural patchwork quilt of her homeland.N. N. J., her husband of 35 years and their four adult sons are based in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
