This is when the unbelievable nightmare begins. Three married managers in the factory with their eye winking, the filthy hugs, and sexual invitations. One manager even squeezed his private parts in her presence. Another revealed his male genitals’ imprint in his executive suit at her work desk. She would play if off with smart remarks hoping they got the message. Shortly after came the serious fire breathing threats, and undue write-ups. The only female working inside of the factory at the time. She reached out for help after 21 months of suffering. She tried to transfer back to her previous department. The Superintendent of Industries couldn't help her, he transferred to another institution. The Wardens wouldn't listen to her cry, the Chief Warden transferred also, and the Union's hands were tied. She was removed from that department until it was investigated then returned back. The investigation report stated, "allegations of managers sexual harassment couldn't be sustained." Daily, She has to face hostility and subtle harassment but now with the "The Almighty." The Lord says in Isaiah 58:9, "You will call, and the Lord will answer you: You will cry for help and He will say: Here I AM." After 21 months of suffering, She called on the Lord with tears for help. The Lord answered and commanded her to read HIS Word three time straight at every spare moment. She started Thursday, 6/16/2005 and finished 1/16/2006. She thought the Lord was going to end her trials, tribulations and suffering at work but He called her from the Pew to the Pulpit. Amen.
