This book was a good bases for accounting courses, it doesn't cover too much material all at once like other text.

The use of real businesses is really helpful when it comes to relating the scenarios in the book to real life situations.
I used this book for a Financial Accounting class. This book does an amazing job explaining all the basics of finical accounting as well as the more advanced stuff. This book was an excellent study tool. I would not have done as well in the class if I did not have this textbook.read more
I learned everything I needed to know about accounting from this book. I basically taught myself accounting with this. My teacher was not very good so I would just read the chapter we where covering in order to understand everything.
