Evaluations of Continuums of Care for Homeless People Final Report

Summary: A Continuum of Care (CoC) is a local or regional system for help. people who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness by providing housing & services, from homeless prevention to emergency shelter to permanent housing. This study examined 25 CoC in all regions of the country.
