Washington, D.C. on March 15, 1947, increased by one loud mouth too many. Many years later, with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Samuel Odell Campbell served as Software Engineer. In the 1980s he became interested in the philosophy of liberty and justice for all. Now he resides in yet another place named for General Washington: Washington State. Previously, he resided in Washington County, Oklahoma.
