Summary: Glori Mulligan originates from Detroit, Michigan, where she attended University of Detroit Mercy receiving a degree in Education with majors in English and Speech/Drama. She taught English and Drama in Michigan before moving to South Florida in 1977 where she continued to teach English and Drama. Presently Glori has retired from teaching so she could spend time writing and being with her family. Her hobbies are tenni...s, piano and an exercise program. She still makes herself available to schools for book talks and story time. Glori has always enjoyed the arts of theatre, music, and dance and she brings this into her writing. She has participated in the field of music, dance, and theatre and directed musicals and plays in schools. Her passion for books and writing stimulated the desire to teach children and teens about books and writing.
