Defense Acquisitions : Missile Defense Needs a Better Balance between Flexibility and Accountability: Congressional Testimony

Over the next 5 years the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) expects to invest $49 billion in the Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) system¿s development & fielding.
