Courts and the Criminal Justice in America funnels the information in a easy manner. It's not hard to read and you don't have to do hardcore digging to find an answer. Overall a good book.

The most useful thing I learned is when to arrest and when your authorized to arrest but there is much more to learn in the book its just I plan on being a police officer.

Criminal Justice class 330 is class tht everyone really need to take even if you are not going into criminal justice as a career. This book gives enough information and cases that rquire you to understand your rights with judges and courts and how they circle around each other. There are many people who do not know that they can be court watchers, watching and reviewing how judges act in court rooms that allow the retaining or not retaining of them during voting years. It gave a greater understanding of how courts have came about and still today operate.

What is interesting to read is how different the author's writings compare to what is happening into today's society. By reading the book against other books it is like they all gathered together. Todays society is ever changing and there is no way an author can keep up with writing text books for criminal justice.
