The layout of the book is well done and I enjoyed the examples used; this helped make the book more user friendly.

While very helpful for providing counseling for racially diverse populations, this book misses out on other diversity issues such as age, sexual orientation, SES, regional, etc. I think these are important topics that are unfortunately overlooked in this book.
