Communicating Genetic Engineering in the Agro-Food Sector to the Public

Systematically analyzes the experiences of institutions on how to communicate genetic engineering (GE) in the agro-food sector (AFS) to the public & make the results available to all interested parties. Case studies in the U.K., the Netherlands, Denmark & Germany were carried out. The results are used to draw up recommendations for successful strategies & their prerequisites, for effective instruments & measures, & to point out problems & pitfalls.
