The entire book was useful! It contained many useful illistrations and detailed examples to help me through the subject.

Chemistry. It was very effective in teaching this subject. IT covered every aspect of chemistry that I learned throughout the course.

It did a pretty good job of covering the material although it was a hefty, long, and at times tedious read due to the material being explained.

The classes required to use this book were General Chemistry I & II, specifically the lecture portions although it was useful as a reference for the laboratory portions.

The diagrams were often not very explanatory. It would have been better if the pictures were explained in a little more detail.

Overall, the book was organized very well and I learned a lot. The chapters flowed from one concept to another in perfect chronological order.

This book helped me a lot. It was easy to understand and with a ton of information. I earned an A in Chem 2 which says a lot about the book since I haven't taken chemistry in the past. Examples in the book are really great because they actually help to solve problems since they go step by step. It helped me get the most out of this book. I actually don't want to sell the book but unfortunately I need to buy more textbooks. This book is like new.

Nothing really I think this book was extremely useful

This book was used for General Chemistry. It was very detailed and covered the material presented in class.

This book was a lot more organized than other books I've read for this subject.

I was a little disappointed in the end of chapter questions - while answers are listed in the back, no explanation is given on how to complete the equations.

I felt like the explanations of concepts in this chemistry boo was better than some other chemistry books I have used in the past.

This book was great! It was very detailed and explained everything in a way a high schooler could understand. The material was standard chemistry but on a college level of course. I learned a lot from this book-- there was no part of it that did not aid in my learning experience.

Everything! Great book, with great authors. I learned more about chemistry from this book than in all the chemistry books in high school.

My teacher assigned homework out of the book without covering the material in class, the examples were easy to understand and helped me complete the homework.

I enjoyed this book and found it easy to use, I would make no changes.

great book in explaining concepts methodically and accurately

I would make more complex examples in the chapter. the cumulative questions at the end of the chapter are much harder than the easy examples in the book

Intermolecular forces, stoichiometry, Avogadro's number, moles

Extra material that was not necessarily needed. Some material wasn't explained as well as it could be

I would include interactive experiments that make thing that are fun to do.

How to make chemical reactions and mix things and what not.

this book helped me to better understand the the course material because of how the sections were simply broken down

the most interesting I learned in this book was the coffee cup equation because it dealt with heat capacity.
