This handsome book is part of a 22-volume series. It has an ISBN number--0801024404--but, sadly for the scholar, the entire series was issued with this single number, making it difficult to locate a single volume. This book is Volume IV in the series. It combines two lengthy book, the first a commentary on Joshua translated by Beveridge, the second a commentary on Psalms 1-35 translated by Anderson. The page count is 932. The book appears to be an exact facsimile of mid-Victorian originals, but quite cleaned up for the modern reader. In between the two volumes is a translation of a dedication to the original 1571 English translation by Arthur Golding, rendered in the quaint language of that day.
