This is a book of experiences that teachers had in diversified classrooms. It usually focused on teachers coming from a different racial, ethnic, and/or socioeconomic background into a school. It was really good at showing the vast differences between the groups.

I was especially fascinated by the situations that teachers had in classrooms with Native American students. We do not have this sitation in the area that I live in, so this was the most eye opening that they explained.
