Summary: He was an agent for the Secret Intelligence Division (SID), and the Defense Intelligence Division (DIA), and he'd also been delegated the power by these agencies to ratify and intervene in international terrorist activities because of his unique ability to perceive matters beyond the range of ordinary perceptions.
