Definitely the steps to CPR. It is more of a hands on learning and that's how I learn better.
This book is really important because you learn how to do CPR on adult, children, and infant. It also teaches you what to do when you suspect somebody is choking. It shows you exactly where to place your fingers like an infant you would push down half an inch, 15 compressions, 2 breathes.read more
