Nothing, the book helped me a whole lot. It broke down every single thing I needed to know perfectly for me to be able to learn exactly what my professor was trying to explain to me.
A few of the topics discussed were explained in such great detail that it may have made grasping the overall concepts a bit to difficult for a Biology I course. That being said, I found this textbook overall very useful.read more
Definitions of key vocabulary words were clearly explained and set aside in the text.
I would not chage anything about this book; it helped me throughout my entire biology course and I have used it as a reference for other classes as well.read more
The book was great to use a reference and for chapter summaries but it did not help me apply methods to tested material.
