this book could be used as a Bible or a pocket dictionary for anyone dealing with human services and psychology. the book condensed a lot of jargon and gave me a clear, quick and thorough view of key theorist. it was very useful for studying for major exams and it was very easy for me to understand what could have been very complicated material.
