    The most interesting this that I learned in this book is that the weight of certain ingredients can throw off the recipe. I also learned that you can fix recipes.

    The features that were most useful to me I would say were the introductions to the chapters as well as the index and the explanations of all the tools of the trade and the most common ingredients used in baking.
