It has WONDERFUL relaxation techniques, an anatomy chapter, a question and answer section, a dilator therapy section and specific sections on various disorders. I found it very helpful. I recommend this workbook to anyone who has a problem of this sort. I found myself overcoming this problem (that I had for 6 years) in a matter a weeks after starting the workbook. Great purchase! The authors do cover a wide range of topics, and attempt to give equal treatment to relationships beyond heterosexual couples, which should be useful to some readers. I would have found it beneficial to know in advance that this was designed as a workbook, so that proper time could have been devoted to the book.[less]
