Sellback Policies

Buying Policy

• ValoreBooks.com does not purchase International Edition textbooks.
• ValoreBooks.com does not purchase Instructor's Edition textbooks.
• If CDs and discs are required with the book they must be sent with the book or you will not receive payment.

Packaging Policy

• Packaging slips are necessary to identify your shipment. If a packaging slip is not included in your shipment, there is a possibility that we will not be able to identify and issue payment for your textbook sellback order.

Shipping Policy

• All textbook sell back shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of, and arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of, the order date. Books that arrive after the 30 day period will be valued at our current sell back price, which may be lower than the original quote.
• ValoreBooks.com is not responsible for items lost in the mail. If you would like to insure your package or obtain delivery confirmation you may do so at your own expense.

Quantity Policy

• ValoreBooks.com limits the sellback quantity to 5 of the same textbook per customer, per month. If you send more than 5 textbooks with the same ISBN to us, regardless of the order name or payment address provided, you will be paid for only the first 5 textbooks. ValoreBooks.com will not process quantities greater than 5 unless prior authorization has been issued by our staff.

Textbook Quality Policy

• A textbook or book may only be sold by the ISBN number which it was produced as. Customers that tamper with ISBN numbers on physical textbooks or packaging slips will not receive payment.
• If the condition of a textbook is materially different than stated, price will be adjusted accordingly.
• If you send a study guide that has been used (with marks, highlights, and/or pages missing, etc.) you will not receive payment.

Any textbooks that violate one or more of our
Textbook Sell Back Policies will be recycled.
