Basic Steps

Step 1.
Enter the ISBN for the textbooks you wish to sell.

View the prices we are offering for your textbooks.

Step 3.
Ship your textbooks to us with our prepaid shipping label.

Step 4.
Once we receive your books, we issue payment to you.

Step 1.
Enter the ISBN for the textbooks you wish to sell.

View the prices we are offering for your textbooks.

Step 3.
Click "Ship to Us"

Step 4.
Enter the name and address where you would like your check to be sent.

Step 5.
Click "Confirm my Shipment".

Step 6.
Print your prepaid shipping label and packaging slip.

Step 7.
Package your books with your packaging slip in a padded envelope or in a cardboard box.

Step 8.
Tape your prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.

Step 9.
Give your package to your mailman, drop it off at the post office, or if it’s small enough, drop it in your closest mailbox. Remember the shipping is free, so you don’t have to bother waiting in line at the post office. Click to find your closest post office.

Step 10.
Once we receive your shipment, we will send you an email notifying you that your item has been received and your order is being processed. We process orders within two business days or less guaranteed!

Step 11.
We will send you an email notification once your payment has been sent. All payments are sent by USPS first class mail. You should expect to receive you payment two to five business days after you have received your "Shipped" email.
If you don’t receive your payment within ten business days of your "Shipped" email notification, or if you have any further questions regarding your Sell Back Order please contact our Customer Service Center. We stand behind our service 100%!
Shipping Updgrade Option:
Our prepaid shipping label is USPS Media Mail. Media mail usually takes 4-14 business days, and sometimes up to 30 days. If you would like us to receive your textbooks faster, you must pay for an upgraded shipping method. If you decide to use an upgraded shipping option, please ship your package to the same address that was on your shipping label.
Tracking Option:
We suggest that customers obtain order tracking when shipping items of high value. This is a very inexpensive method to track your package to our warehouse. ValoreBooks is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
