I thought I bought a new book. But when I got the book, it is very old, used, and broken. I contacted the seller. They said they did not do anything wrong, and they didn't credit me back.They are BAD!
Book arrived on time
I paid for the book, you confirmed that you sent it, then you sent me an e-mail that you were out of books and it was not sent. I am not a happy customer with you
They sent the insructor's edition when the listing didnt state it was. I contacted cust service a month ago and still no response. Will never use again.
